Studio / Operations

Hosting, versions, domains, and traffic in one place.

Every published app keeps a stable Studio identity while individual builds are stored as deployments. Domains and analytics attach to the app, not to a one-off upload.

App URLs and deployments

Default Studio URL
https://{8-character-label}.srstudio.dev/
Hostname identity
Allocated automatically, permanent, non-editable, and never reassigned.
Legacy URL
Apps deployed before the shared-origin cutoff keep their studio.superrare.com/app/{slug}/ compatibility alias. New apps are served only from their srstudio.dev hostname or an explicitly configured custom domain.
Custom domain
Maps to the app's current deployment; the srstudio.dev address remains the permanent fallback.
Deployment record
Version, status, entry point, file count, total bytes, and creation time.

Publishing promotes the selected build to the live app and keeps the same default hostname across every version. ZIP uploads and agent updates create subsequent deployment records from the same app identity. Existing legacy builder projects retain their private preview and restore workflow.

Build for a domain root
Published apps run at the root of their srstudio.dev or custom hostname. Prefer relative asset URLs such as ./assets/app.js or root URLs such as /assets/app.js; do not hard-code a legacy /app/{slug}/ prefix.

Custom domains

Domains are searched, purchased, connected, provisioned, and renewed from an app's Domains tab.

    Choose the app
    Custom domains are available only for hosted apps and require an active Pro entitlement.

    Search and start checkout
    Studio checks availability and creates a time-limited order.

    Pay and provision
    After payment confirmation, Studio registers the domain and configures DNS and SSL.

    Watch lifecycle status
    The dashboard shows domain, app mapping, renewal date, hostname status, and certificate status.
Provisioning takes time
Registration can finish before DNS and the certificate are globally ready. Keep the permanent srstudio.dev URL available during propagation and do not treat a pending SSL state as a failed deployment.

Analytics

Dashboard Stats and each app's Analytics tab expose Studio-measured activity.

Traffic
Total views, recent windows, unique visitors, top apps, and domain traffic.
Deployment activity
Deployment count, current version, and recent publish timing.
Connect activity
Outbound actions and returned outcomes only when the SDK return flow is captured.
Not measured
Studio does not infer a conversion from a redirect alone or execute payment on Connect's behalf.
